Iako ju u prehrani koristimo kao \u017eitaricu, heljda zapravo nije \u017eitarica!<br><br>Heljda dolazi iz obitelji Polygonaceae, kao i npr. rabarbara, a pripada skupini pseudo\u017eitarica, poput kvinoje ili amaranta. <br><br>Pseudo\u017eitarice se u na\u0161oj prehrani koriste kao \u017eitarice zbog sli\u010dnog nutritivnog sastava, ali su zapravo sjemenke. Pa tako imaju visok sadr\u017eaj ugljikohidrata, ali za razliku od ve\u0107ine \u017eitarica ne sadr\u017ee gluten, \u0161to ih \u010dini izvrsnim izvorom hranjivih tvari za osobe s celijakijom i intolerancijom na gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se heljda mo\u017ee preraditi u razne proizvode, poput bra\u0161na, griza ili tjestenine, u ovoj pri\u010di \u0107emo se fokusirati na jedan specifi\u010dan oblik \u2013 heljdinu prekrupu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u0160to je heljdina prekrupa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heljdina prekrupa je naziv za proizvod dobiven lju\u0161tenjem sjemenki heljde, a koristimo je na isti na\u010din kao ri\u017eu ili bilo koju drugu \u017eitaricu.
