Kombinacija sezonskog korjenastog povr\u0107a sa slatkom jabukom i crumble-om od \u0161peka i oraha je pomalo neobi\u010dna, ali zaista prefina. Bez sumnje \u0107e se svidjeti svim \u010dlanovima va\u0161e obitelji. Zaista je odli\u010dna baza koja dodaje ne\u0161to \u010darobno okusu i teksturi.<br><br><strong>Korijen celera<\/strong>: Celer je vrlo \u010desta baza klasi\u010dnim hrvatskim receptima, ali se ne pojavljuje tako \u010desto u glavnoj ulozi. Svojim vrlo zanimljivim, pomalo ora\u0161astim okusom i teksturom nalik krumpiru, ima definitivno puno ve\u0107i potencijal.\nIma i vrlo specifican izgled sa pomalo ru\u017enom korom koja je jestiva, pa ga nije potrebno guliti. U slu\u010daju da je kora izrazito kvrgava i nije ju mogu\u0107e oprati, predla\u017eem da ga ipak ogulite.<br><br><strong>Pastrnjak<\/strong>: Pastrnjak je tako\u0111er vrsta korjenastog povr\u0107a iz iste obitelji kao mrkva i celer. Izgledom neizmjerno podsje\u0107a mrkvi vrlo blijede boje.<br>Ima vrlo jedinstven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mashed.com\/370222\/what-are-parsnips-and-what-do-they-taste-like\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">okus<\/a> koji se mo\u017ee opisati kao kombinacija slatkastog i paprenog. Okusom malo podsje\u0107a i na slatki korijen (eng. licorice) od kojeg se \u010desto rade slatki\u0161i.<br>Pastrnjak ima tako\u0111er jestivu koru koju nije potrebno guliti, ukoliko se dobro opere. Zadr\u017eavaju\u0107i koru, o\u010duvat \u0107ete znatno vi\u0161e prirodno prisutnih vlakana, vitamina, minerala i antioksidansa. U mojoj <a href=\"https:\/\/stelasfoodstories.com\/hr\/prehrana\/keep-nutrients-in-fruits-and-vegetables\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10129\">pri\u010di<\/a> o tome kako zadr\u017eati hranjive tvari u vo\u0107u i povr\u0107u mo\u017eete saznati ne\u0161to vi\u0161e o dobrobitima kore vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.<br><br><strong>Jabuka<\/strong>: Jabuka daje ugodnu slatko\u0107u i svje\u017einu ovoj juhi od celera i pastrnjaka. Koristila sam svoju najdra\u017eu sortu jabuka, Fuji, ali bilo koja slatkasta sorta mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dna alternativa.<br><br><strong>Zobeno mlijeko<\/strong>: Zobeno mlijeko se juhi dodaje prilikom miksanja, kako bi bila jo\u0161 kremastija. Tako\u0111er, obratite pozornost na ostale sastojke; najbolja su opcija mlijeka koja osim zobi sadr\u017ee vodu, sol i malo ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107<\/strong>: Mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 se neizmjerno dobro sla\u017ee s okusima celera i jabuke. Lagano ih posolite kako biste potaknuli otpu\u0161tanje vode i ubrzali proces kuhanja. Luk ne treba potpuno omek\u0161ati jer \u0107e se nastaviti kuhati kao dio juhe. Tri do \u010detiri minute \u0107e biti dovoljno za osloba\u0111anje slatko\u0107e. Zatim dodajte ostale sastojke i, lagano mije\u0161aju\u0107i, kuhajte minutu do dvije. Naribajte mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107, podlijte vodom te lagano posolite. Pri kraju kuhanja, no\u017eem probodite kockice pastrnjaka i celera kako biste bili sigurni da su kuhani.<br><br>Prebacite juhu u samostoje\u0107i blender i miksajte velikom brzinom dok ne dobijete ujedna\u010denu konzistenciju. Trebat \u0107e svega oko pola minute. Na samom kraju dodajte zobeno mlijeko i miksajte jo\u0161 nekoliko sekundi dok se potpuno ne sjedini s juhom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko pratite recept, dobit \u0107ete juhu savr\u0161ene gusto\u0107e kojoj nije potrebno dodavati niti oduzimati teku\u0107inu. Zadr\u017eavanje teku\u0107ine u kojoj se povr\u0107e kuhalo, osigurava vam maksimalno o\u010duvanje hranjivih sastojaka. Tako\u0111er, na taj na\u010din zadr\u017eavate potpuniji okus ove krem juhe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Crumble od \u0161peka i oraha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova kremasta juha od celera fantasti\u010dna je sama po sebi, ali uz dodatak crumble-a od \u0161peka i oraha postaje nezaboravna.<br><br>Slano\u0107a ovog, malo druga\u010dijeg crumble-a, savr\u0161eno kontrastira suptilnoj slatko\u0107i ove krem juhe od celera i pastrnjaka. Trebat \u0107e vam komadi\u0107 \u0161peka, orasi i listovi celera.<br><br>Prvo, na suhoj tavi popr\u017eite orahe, dvije do tri minute, dok je porumene.
