Osvojila me njezina svje\u017eina, so\u010dnost i razigranost okusa te sam ju jednostavno morala podijeliti sa svima vama!<br><br>Ova salata od in\u0107una i gra\u0161ka ima zapravo dvije komponente: kiselkasti namaz od avokada i gra\u0161ka kao bazu i hrskavu salatu od sirovog kelja, celera, rikole, crvenog luka i mariniranih in\u0107una na vrhu. Svojom karakteristi\u010dnom, pomalo \u017eilavom teksturom, odli\u010dno upotpunjava ovu salatu. U slu\u010daju da ste preko vikenda skuhali ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu, ovo je odli\u010dan trenutak da ga iskoristite.<br><br>Kod olju\u0161tenog je\u010dma je uklonjena vanjska ovojnica zrna pa on nije cjelovita \u017eitarica kao \u0161to je neolju\u0161teni je\u010dam. Kuhan se koristi kao baza mnogim jelima, ali je i izvrstan kada se sirov dodaje salatama. Tako\u0111er, \u017eitarice treba kuhati na laganoj vatri jer, u protivnom, poprime neprimamljivu ka\u0161astu teksturu.<br><br>Idealan omjer vode i olju\u0161tenog je\u010dma je 3:1. Isperite je\u010dam te ga dodajte u kipu\u0107u vodu. Kuhajte ga na laganoj vatri, poklopljenog, 30 minuta. Kad je je\u010dam kuhan, maknite ga s vatri te ga ostavite poklopljenog jo\u0161 5 minuta da se malo ohladi. Polo\u017eite listove na dasku te zare\u017eite uz obje strane sredi\u0161nje \u017eile kako bi ju uklonili. Zatim listove preklopite po du\u017eini, po pola, te ih popre\u010dno, tanko nasjeckajte. \u0160to je kelj tanje narezan, dat \u0107e salati vi\u0161e volumena te \u0107e biti mek\u0161i i ukusniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako narezati stabljike celera?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stabljike celera imaju prili\u010dno osebujan oblik zbog \u010dega se \u010dine kompliciranima za rezanje, ali to ba\u0161 i nije tako. Evo jedne vrlo jednostavne metode koja \u0107e vam se zasigurno svidjeti.\nOdvojite jednu stabljiku celera, operite je, izva\u017eite i odre\u017eite dio koji vam je potreban. \nStabljika ima jednu hrapavu, ispup\u010denu stranu i glatku, uduljenu stranu. Kora hrapave strane je vlaknasta i ne tako ugodna za nepce, pa ju je bolje oguliti. <br><br>Nakon \u0161to stabljiku ogulite, nare\u017eite ju na komadi\u0107e \u017eeljene duljine. Polo\u017eite svaki komadi\u0107  na udubljenu stranu i po\u010dnite sjeckati paralelno linijama stabljike.
