Rije\u010d je o bezglutenskom bra\u0161nu dobivenom mljevenjem su\u0161enog slanutka.<br><br>Bra\u0161no od slanutka se tradicionalno proizvodi od slanutka sorte Desi, a jo\u0161 je poznato i pod nazivom gram bra\u0161no ili besan. U drugoj verziji, bra\u0161na od slanutka se dobiva mljevenjem Kabuli slanutka, sorte koja je znatno dostupnija u Europi.<br>Obje vrste bra\u0161na imaju sli\u010dan, pomalo neutralan okus, ali zbog razli\u010dite teksture, gram bra\u0161no treba ne\u0161to manje vode prilikom izrade recepata.<br><br>Kod nas se na pakiranju rijetko navodi vrsta slanutka koja se koristila za izradu bra\u0161na, ali se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e radi o Kabuli slanutku.<br><br>Jeste li znali da i sami mo\u017eete vrlo lako izraditi bra\u0161no od slanutka.
