Po\u010dela sam se igrati s razli\u010ditim kombinacijama sezonskog vo\u0107a kada je nastao ovaj recept za sladoled od dinje. Za ovaj sladoled od dinje, koristit \u0107u najra\u0161ireniju i najdostupniju sortu u Hrvatskoj, a to je Cantaloupe.<br><br>Za savr\u0161en rezultat trebat \u0107e vam zrela Cantaloupe dinja sa so\u010dnomm, intenzivno-naran\u010dastomm pulpom. Ukoliko dinja ve\u0107 na samom po\u010detku nije slatka i so\u010dna, ne\u0107e niti va\u0161 sladoled biti puno bolji:).<br><br>Ukoliko umjesto Cantaloupe dinje \u017eelite koristiti neku drugu sortu, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodwise.org\/articles\/farmers-market-guide-to-melons\/#:~:text=Melons%20are%20members%20of%20the,and%20muskmelons%20(Cucumus%20melo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vodi\u010da<\/a> mo\u017eete dobiti bolji uvid u njihovu raznolikost i na\u0107i najbolju zamjenu!<br><br><strong>Namaz od badema<\/strong>: Dinja se savr\u0161eno sla\u017ee s bademima, u \u0161to \u0107ete se uskoro mo\u0107i uvjeriti i sami. Osim \u0161to oboga\u0107uje okus ovom sladoledu, namaz od badema pobolj\u0161ava i njegovu teksturu. Namaz od badema \u0107ete u du\u0107anima \u010desto prona\u0107i i pod nazivom \"maslac od badema\", iako se po zakonu ne bi trebao koristiti. Zatim prere\u017eite dinju na pola po du\u017eini (1) i \u017elicom izvadite sjemenke iz sredine pulpe (2). Polovicu uzdu\u017eno prere\u017eite na \u010detvrtine (3) i svaku \u010detvrtinu podijelite na tri kri\u0161ka jednake veli\u010dine. Polo\u017eite no\u017e paralelno dasci te odvojite pulpu od kore. Uz samo tri sastojka i desetak minuta mo\u017eete pripremiti ukusnu, osvje\u017eavaju\u0107u poslasticu koju \u0107e voljeti svi \u010dlanovi va\u0161e obitelji, \u010dak i oni najmla\u0111i.<br><br>U posudu blendera odva\u017eite narezanu dinju, namaz od badema i svje\u017ee listove mente te mije\u0161ajte velikom brzinom oko minutu dok se smjesa potpuno ne ujedna\u010di.<br><br>Prije punjenja kalupa, polo\u017eite ga na protvu koja veli\u010dinom odgovara va\u0161oj ladici zamrziva\u010da. Mo\u017eete tako\u0111er koristiti komad kartona ili dasku za rezanje. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete omogu\u0107iti elegantno prebacivanje kalupa bez prolijevanja smjese.<br><br>Zatim kalupe napunite pripremljenom smjesu te umetnite drvene \u0161tapi\u0107e.
