Budu\u0107i da se dobiva isklju\u010divo od datulja i vode, prirodan je zasla\u0111iva\u010d niske do minimalne obrade, bogatiji antioksidansima, mineralima i vlaknima od drugih zasla\u0111iva\u010da poput javorovog sirupa ili meda.<br><br><strong>Ri\u017ein ocat<\/strong>: Ri\u017ein ocat je jedan od mojih omiljenih vrsta octa za dresinge zbog svog karakteristi\u010dnog blago kiselog okus.<br><br><strong>Sok od limete<\/strong>: Za jo\u0161 bogatiji okus volim ri\u017ein ocat upariti sa sokom limete. Limetu mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u svakoj bolje opremljenoj trgovini, tijekom cijele godine.<br><br><strong>Tamari<\/strong>: S obzirom da ovoj salati ne dodajem sol, tu je tamari kako bi dao da\u0161ak slanog okusa. Tamari je japanski soja umak koji je ne\u0161to gu\u0161\u0107e konzistencije te manje slan od njegove kineske ina\u010dice.<br><br><strong>Sezamovo ulje<\/strong>: Postoje dvije vrste ovog ulja bogatog antioksidansima, hladno pre\u0161ano i tostirano. Tostirano sezamovo ulje ima intenzivniji okus te je odli\u010dan dodatak dresinzima za salate, dok je hladno pre\u0161ano ulje pogodnije za kuhanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"edamame-beans\"><br>\u0160to su edamame?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespruceeats.com\/what-is-edamame-3376830\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Edamame<\/a> je naziv za mlade i zelene mahune soje, mek\u0161e teksture i znatno kra\u0107eg vremena kuhanja od zrele soje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U japanskim restoranima su popularne u snack verziji, gdje ih jedete izravno iz mahune (mahuna nije jestiva), ali postoje i drugi na\u010dini pripreme.<br>O\u010di\u0161\u0107ene edamame mo\u017eete dodati salatama, varivima, jelima od \u017eitarica, poke bowls-ima i jo\u0161 mnogo toga.<br><br>Ukoliko do sada niste probali edamame, mogu vam samo re\u0107i da su zarazno ukusne! Nakon kratkog kuhanja, zadr\u017eavaju hrskavu teksturu, a okus im je ora\u0161ast i blago sladak.<br>Osim toga su jedan od rijetkih izvora potpunih proteina u biljnom svijetu i iznimno vrijedan dodatak va\u0161oj prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010di\u0161\u0107ene edamame uglavnom dolaze u smrznutom ili konzerviranom obliku. Konzervirane edamame su spremne za konzumaciju, dok je smrznute edamame potrebno kratko kuhati. Zatim edamame osvje\u017eite u ledeno hladnoj vodi kako biste zaustavili proces kuhanja i sa\u010duvali njihovu lijepu zelenu boju.
