Upravo zbog toga, olju\u0161teni je\u010dam nije potrebno namakati i kuha se svega 30-tak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edamame<\/strong>: Edamame je naziv za mlade plodove soje ubrane prije potpunog sazrijevanja, \u0161to rezultira njihovom \u017eivopisnom zelenom bojom i nje\u017enom kremastom teksturom. Iako nije tipi\u010dan sastojak u tradicionalnim receptima za ri\u017eoto, edamame donosi o\u010daravaju\u0107i zaokret ovom ri\u017eotu od je\u010dma i tikvica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod nas \u0107ete edamame naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e na\u0107i u smrznutom obliku, a najprakti\u010dnija opcija su one ve\u0107 o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene. Ukoliko vam edamame nisu dostupne, mo\u017eete ih zamijeniti gra\u0161kom ili bobom koji su po hranjivoj vrijednosti i okusu najsli\u010dniji edamamama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luk<\/strong>: Recepti za ri\u017eota nezamislivi su bez dodatka sme\u0111eg luka. Kada se kuha, luk otpu\u0161ta prirodne \u0161e\u0107ere i dodaje bogat, slatki okus ovom receptu za ri\u017eoto od je\u010dma, pobolj\u0161avaju\u0107i cjelokupni okus jela. Olju\u0161teni je\u010dam se kuha samostalno, a zatim sjedinjuje s ostalim sastojcima. Ovaj pristup osigurava ravnomjerno kuhanje je\u010dma i rezultira rasko\u0161nom kremastom teksturom ovog laganog ri\u017eota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skuhajte je\u010dam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapo\u010dnite ispiranjem olju\u0161tenog je\u010dma pod mlazom hladne vode kako biste uklonili potencijalne ne\u010disto\u0107e. Zatim isprani je\u010dam dodajte u lonac s lagano posoljenom kipu\u0107om vodom, koriste\u0107i omjer vode i je\u010dma od 3:1. Poklopite lonac i kuhajte je\u010dam na laganoj vatri 30-35 minuta. Je\u010dam treba lagano kr\u010dkati kako bi se osiguralo ravnomjerno kuhanje i sprije\u010dilo da je\u010dam postane ka\u0161ast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pripremite povr\u0107e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se olju\u0161teni je\u010dam kuha, pripremite sve ostale sastojke.<br><br><strong>Po\u010dnite sa sjeckanjem luka<\/strong>: Luku uklonite vrh te ga prere\u017eite na pola, paze\u0107i da rez prolazi kroz korijen. Polovice luka ogulite te ih nare\u017eite na sitne kockice. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete sprije\u010diti da se luk raspadne prilikom sjeckanja.<br><br><strong>Zatim nasjeckajte \u010de\u0161njak<\/strong>: Odre\u017eite donji dio re\u017enjeva \u010de\u0161njaka te ih zgnje\u010dite bo\u010dnom stranom no\u017ea. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete ih jednostavno oguliti. Zatim dodajte sme\u0111i luk te ga pirjajte na laganoj vatri 5 minuta, odnosno dok ne postane proziran i mekan. Nakon jedne minute ga lagano posolite kako bi ubrzali otpu\u0161tanje vode.<br><br>Zatim u tavicu dodajte sitno nasjeckan \u010de\u0161njak te ga pirjajte 2-3 minute. Pritom neprestano mije\u0161ajte kako bi sprije\u010dili da \u010de\u0161njak zagori.<br><br>Potom poja\u010dajte vatru te u tavicu dodajte tikvicu. Lagano ju posolite te pirjajte oko jednu minutu dok tikvica ne po\u010dne otpu\u0161tati vodu. Poklopite tavicu te povr\u0107e nastavite pirjati oko 10 minuta. Pritom voda mora neprestano klju\u010dati. Zatim edamame procijedite te ih osvje\u017eite u posudi ledeno-hladne vode. To \u0107e zaustaviti njihovo kuhanje i zadr\u017eati karakteristi\u010dnu jarko-zelenu boju.<br><br><strong>Edamame kuhane na pari<\/strong>: Dodajte edamame u umetak za kuhanje na pari u trenutku kada voda u loncu zakuha. Poklopite lonac te edamame parite 5-6 minuta. Zatim ih na jednak na\u010din osvje\u017eite potapaju\u0107i ih u ledeno-hladnu vodu.<br>Procijedite ih te ih ostavite sa strane do trenutka dodavanja u ri\u017eoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sjedinite sastojke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to je olju\u0161teni je\u010dam kuhan, vrijeme je za povezivanje svih elemenata u kremasti ljetni ri\u017eoto.<br><br>Pirjanom povr\u0107u dodajte kuhani je\u010dam, edamame i vodu. Kuhajte sve zajedno na srednje jakoj vatri 3-4 minute, odnosno dok voda ne ispari. Ovaj korak omogu\u0107uje bolje sa\u017eimanje svih sastojaka i podgrijavanje edamama.<br><br>U tom trenutku maknite tavu s vatre te u ri\u017eoto umije\u0161ajte sitno nariban tvrdi sir i koricu limuna.
