Kad ka\u017eem \"najsvje\u017eija\", mislim na jaja stara 1-2 tjedna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jogurt (Skyr)<\/strong>: Skyr je vrsta jogurta koja potje\u010de s Islanda. Sli\u010dnog je okusa kao obi\u010dan jogurt, ali ima gu\u0161\u0107u teksturu zbog druga\u010dijeg procesa proizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proizvodnja po\u010dinje s obranim mlijekom (mlijeko bez masnog dijela), \u0161to obja\u0161njava njegov niski udio masti. Kasnije se jogurt procje\u0111uje kako bi se uklonila sirutka, \u0161to rezultira njegovom gu\u0161\u0107om teksturom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skyr obi\u010dno mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u bolje opremljenim trgovinama. Umjesto Skyra upotrijebite obi\u010dni \u010dvrsti jogurt ili labneh. No danas se divlji timijan u pravilu zamjenjuje obi\u010dnim timijanom ili origanom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za'atar mo\u017eete kupiti u specijaliziranim du\u0107anima sa za\u010dinima ili ga mo\u017eete pripremiti sami. Na taj na\u010din riskirate da ljuske jajeta popucaju te poti\u010dete neravnomjerno kuhanje.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakon \u0161to su jaja kuhana, prebacite ih u zdjelu s ledeno hladnom vodom kako biste zaustavili proces kuhanja.
