Osim le\u0107e tu imamo i puter tikvu, kovr\u010davi kelj, Pipe rigate tjesteninu i jedan jednostavan miks za\u010dina.<br>Ovo varivo od crvene le\u0107e ima i jedan poseban dodatak koji ga jo\u0161 dodatno oplemenjuje hranjivim tvarima. Osim \u0161to nadopunjuje okus svojim karakteristi\u010dnim aromama, ima i povoljan profil masnih kiselina koji se povezuje s brojim zdravstvenim prednostima.<br><br><strong>Mirepoix<\/strong>: Ovaj klasi\u010dni trio nasjeckanog luka, mrkve i celerovog lista \u010dini slo\u017eenu aromati\u010dnu bazu za ovo varivo od le\u0107e.<br>Po \u017eelji, sme\u0111i luk zamijenite lukom srebrencem ili ljutikom. Kao alternativu celerovom listu koristite korijen celera.<br><br><strong>\u010ce\u0161njak<\/strong>: \u010ce\u0161njak jo\u0161 dodatno pridonosi puno\u0107i i bogatstvu okusa. Ako vam puter tikva nije dostupna, mo\u017eete odabrati i brojne druge sorte bundeve.<br><br>Kako biste provjerili da li je va\u0161a bundeva ili tikva zrela, kucnite po povr\u0161ini. Ako zvu\u010di \u0161uplje to je znak da je spremna za konzumaciju (vrijedi za Hokkaido, butternut i mu\u0161katne sorte).<br><br><strong>Kovr\u010davi kelj<\/strong>: Kovr\u010davi kelj kontrastira slatko\u0107i variva svojom suptilnom gor\u010dinom te unosi jo\u0161 jednu zanimljivu teksturu.\nS obzirom na to da kovr\u010davi kelj nije tako lako dostupna namirnica u Hrvatskoj, umjesto njega odaberite neku drugu vrstu zelenog lisnatog povr\u0107a poput kupusa, savojskog kupusa ili \u0161pinata.<br><br><strong>Crvena le\u0107a<\/strong>: Crvena le\u0107a je idealan temelj za veganska variva jer je odli\u010dan izvor proteina.\nIznimno jednostavno se priprema i ima ugodan ora\u0161asto-sladak okus \u0161to ju \u010dini mojim omiljenim izborom. \nProna\u0107i \u0107ete ju u cjelovitom i razlomljenom obliku. \nRazlomljenoj crvenoj le\u0107i je potrebno kra\u0107e vrijeme kuhanja jer je sitnija.<br><br>Umjesto crvene le\u0107e mo\u017eete odabrati zelenu ili sme\u0111u le\u0107u. U tom slu\u010daju slijedite upute na pakiranju jer ih treba kuhati du\u017ee od crvene le\u0107e.<br><br><strong>Tjestenina<\/strong>: Za ovaj recept za varivo od crvene le\u0107e odabrala sam oblik tjestenine poznat kao Pipe rigate. Kurkuma varivu daje primamljivu  \u017eutu boju i zemljani okus, a crni papar i chilli u prahu unose malo dobrodo\u0161le ljutine. \nOvom varivu pa\u0161u i brojni drugi za\u010dini; slobodno eksperimentirajte i pretvorite ovo varivo od crvene le\u0107e u svoju vlastitu kreaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Kako napraviti varivo od crvene le\u0107e (+ savjeti i trikovi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pripremite sastojke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010dnite s temeljitim pranjem mrkve, celerovog lista, puter tikve i listova kovr\u010davog kelja. Ogulite i nare\u017eite luk na sitne kockice te isto ponovite s mrkvom i celerovim listom.<br><strong>Savjet<\/strong>: Prije samog sjeckanja, ogulite tanki povr\u0161inski sloj celerovog lista. Taj povr\u0161inski sloj ostaje vlaknast i nakon kuhanja te nije najukusniji dio.<br><br>Zatim ogulite i nasjeckajte re\u017enjeve \u010de\u0161njaka.<br><strong>Savjet<\/strong>: Kako bi u\u0161tedjeli vrijeme, naribajte oguljene re\u017enjeve \u010de\u0161njaka koriste\u0107i Microplane ili klasi\u010dni ribe\u017e.<br><br>Butternut tikvicu ogulite i nare\u017eite na kockice malo ve\u0107e od mirepoix mje\u0161avine.<br><br>Savijte listove kovr\u010davog kelja po du\u017eini te im odre\u017eite peteljku. Dodajte naribani \u010de\u0161njak te ga pirjajte oko minutu uz neprestano mije\u0161anje.<br><strong>Savjet<\/strong>: Mirepoix se pirja na laganoj vatri i ne bi smio mijenjati boju ve\u0107 samo omek\u0161ati.<br><br>Kad \u010de\u0161njak po\u010dne pu\u0161tati svoje mirisne arome, dodajte koncentrat raj\u010dice te ga kuhajte jo\u0161 2 minute.<br><strong>Trik<\/strong>: Izravnim kuhanje koncentrat raj\u010dice dobiva sla\u0111i okus u usporedbi s njegovim dodavanjem u teku\u0107inu kasnije u procesu kuhanja.<br><br>Ubacite kockice butternut tikve s kurkumom i \u010dilijem te dobro promije\u0161ajte dok se svi elementi ne pro\u017emu.  Zatim dodajte crvenu le\u0107u i sve podlijte povrtnim temeljcem.<br><br><strong>Dodajte tjesteninu i kuhajte<\/strong><br><br>Kada temeljac prokuha, u varivo dodajte tjesteninu.  Kuhajte varivo 8-10 minuta ili dok tjestenina nije al dente, a butternut tikva mekana, ali ne i ka\u0161asta.<br><br><strong>Dodajte kovr\u010davi kelj<br><\/strong><br>Kelj dodajte u varivo zadnjih 5 minuta kuhanja, odnosno dok listovi potpuno ne uvenu.<br><strong>Savjet<\/strong>: Ako \u017eelite zadr\u017eati \u017eivopisnu boju kelja i osigurati ravnomjerno kuhanje, kuhajte kelj zasebno, a kada je gotov, umije\u0161ajte ga u varivo. \nMoj preferirani na\u010din je kuhati kelj na pari 5 minuta.<br><br><strong>Dodajte prehrambeni kvasac i servirajte<br><\/strong><br>Kad su svi elementi kuhani, maknite varivo s vatre i umije\u0161ajte prehrambeni kvasac.<br><strong>Savjet<\/strong>: Prehrambeni kvasac dodajte na samom kraju pripreme kako bi zadr\u017eao hranjiva svojstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varivo od le\u0107e poklopite jo\u0161 5 minuta da se malo ohladi i okusi harmoniziraju. Poslu\u017eite i posipajte svje\u017ee mljevenim crnim paprom.
