Jo\u0161 jedan razlog vi\u0161e da ih uvijek imate u svom hladnjaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu ovih energetskih plo\u010dica trebat \u0107e vam ru\u010dni blender ili multipraktik. Nastavite miksati dok se smjesa ne po\u010dne spajati u jednu veliku masu (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oblikujte smjesu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada ste zadovoljni teksturom svoje smjese, vrijeme je da ju oblikujete. Oblo\u017eite unutra\u0161njost posude s dva preklopljena papira za pe\u010denje, tako da svaki list prelazi preko rubova posude. Ja koristim posudu za pe\u010denje dimenzija 34x23 cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prebacite smjesu na papir za pe\u010denje i ravnomjerno je utisnite lopaticom ili strugalicom za tijesto (4). Zatim ju prekrijte rubovima papira. Po potrebi strugalicom za tijesto ili rukama poravnajte smjesu.
