Namaz bi trebao sadr\u017eavati samo jedan sastojak: \"badem\". Eventualno mali dodatak soli. Tako\u0111er mi je bilo bitno da se ka\u0161a mo\u017ee pripremiti unaprijed bez da to utje\u010de na okus i nutritivnu vrijednost. <br><br>I tako je nastala ova jutarnja ka\u0161a od cikle i kvinoja. Iznimno jednostavna i brza opcija za doru\u010dak koja \u0107e odu\u0161eviti i one najmanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>1. Skuhajte kvinoju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema ove jutarnje ka\u0161e zapo\u010dinje kuhanjem kvinoje. Nakon nebrojeno poku\u0161aja i pogre\u0161aka, do\u0161la sam do najbolje metode kuhanja kvinoje koja uspijeva ba\u0161 svakog puta.<br><br>Ono \u0161to je velika prednost ovog recepta je \u010dinjenica da kvinoju ne morate pripremati na neki poseban na\u010din. Tako kuhanu kvinoju mo\u017eete koristiti u salatama, prilozima ili varivima. Ako \u017eelite biti efikasniji u kuhinji, skuhajte ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu kvinoje te ju sa\u010duvajte u hermeti\u010dki zatvorenoj posudi u hladnjaku za neku drugu primjenu. Naribajte ciklu i jabuku<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za sljede\u0107i korak ne bi bilo lo\u0161e imati kuhinjske rukavice kako bi vam ruke ostale \u010diste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciklu i jabuku temeljito operite, osu\u0161ite i ogulite.
