S obzirom na posebnost njihovog okusa, nutritivnu vrijednost i svestranost pripreme, trebale bi biti posvuda.<br><br>Dakle, imam ideju! Kako bismo proslavili njihov golemi kulinarski i nutritivni potencijal, pretvorimo ih u bogatu, kremastu juhu koja se izuzetno jednostavno priprema, a istovremeno pr\u0161ti okusima.<br><br>Sve \u0161to trebate u\u010diniti je ispe\u0107i \u010di\u010doke i \u010de\u0161njak u foliji te ih izblendati sa sojinim mlijekom i miso pastom do savr\u0161eno kremaste teksture.<br><br>Za kraj dodajte aromati\u010dni pesto od rukole i lje\u0161njaka i u\u017eivajte u bogatstvu okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u0160TO SU \u010cI\u010cOKE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 se vrlo dobro sje\u0107am kada sam prvi put \u010dula za \u010di\u010doke. Pripremljeno povr\u0107e polo\u017eite na foliju bli\u017ee jednom rubu.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U zdjelici pomije\u0161ajte mljeveni mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107, kumin, prstohvat soli i maslinovo ulje. Za\u010dinski miks ravnomjerno prelijte preko povr\u0107a. Zatim dodajte malo vode kako biste ubrzali stvaranje pare prilikom pe\u010denja.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slobodan kraj folije preklopite preko povr\u0107a, a rubove zatvorite prema unutra kako bi onemogu\u0107ili izlazak pare. Izblendajte juhu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to povr\u0107e izvadite iz pe\u0107nice, ostavite ga da se ohladi oko 15 minuta. Zatim pa\u017eljivo uklonite gornji dio folije. Pripazite prste jer vas zaostala para mo\u017ee vrlo lako ope\u0107i.<br><br>U posudu staja\u0107eg blendera ubacite pe\u010dene \u010di\u010doke te istisnite meso \u010de\u0161njaka.<br><br>Zatim u posudu dodajte miso pastu, vodu i sojino mlijeko.
