Uvijek sam ju smatrala malo prete\u0161kom i zasitnom.<br><br>Zato sam odlu\u010dila napraviti laganiju varijantu u koju ne ide majoneza. Ukusna kombinacija slanutka, \u010dvrstog jogurta, senfa i limunovog soka daje ovoj salati laganiji, osvje\u017eavaju\u0107 karakter, koji obo\u017eavam, a nadam se da \u0107ete i vi.<br><br>Moram napomenuti da mi cilj nije bio imitirati klasi\u010dnu francusku salatu, ve\u0107 ponuditi malo druga\u010diju opciju.<br>No, iako mi cilj nije bio imitacija, i dalje me zanimalo \u0161to \u0107e veliki ljubitelji majoneze re\u0107i na ovu verziju.<br><br>Tako sam ju dala nekolicini \u010dlanova obitelji koji majonezu shva\u0107aju vrlo ozbiljno. I... jako im se svidjela!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>ODAKLE POTJE\u010cE FRANCUSKA SALATA?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvorni recept za francusku salatu navodno je 1860-ih izmislio Lucien Olivier, ruski kuhar belgijsko-francuskog podrijetla. Bio je vlasnik restorana Hermitage, tada\u0161njeg poznatog gurmanskog odredi\u0161ta u sredi\u0161tu Moskve. Skuhajte jaja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite jaja iz hladnjaka 20-30 minuta prije kuhanja kako bi postigla sobnu temperaturu i ravnomjerno se kuhala. <br><br>U manjem loncu zagrijte dovoljno vode da prekrije jaja. Kada voda zavrije, smanjite vatru i pa\u017eljivo \u017elicom spustite jaja u vodu. Kuhajte ih na laganoj vatri 12 minuta.<br><br>Nakon 12 minuta, kuhana jaja uronite u zdjelu s ledenom vodom. \nOstavite ih u ledenoj vodi 10 minuta kako bi se ohladila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>2. Povr\u0107e kuhajte na pari<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte vodu u lonac s umetkom za kuhanje na pari. Pripazite da voda ne dodiruje umetak.<br><br>Temeljito operite krumpir i mrkvu te ih dobro osu\u0161ite.
