Malo \u0161to se mo\u017ee usporediti sa slatkim cherry raj\u010dicama upravo ubranim u vlastitom vrtu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali, kombinacija super slatkih cherry raj\u010dica, izuzetno so\u010dnih raj\u010dica Volovsko srce, pikantnog senfa i slatko-kiselog Aceto Balsamica je definitivno u u\u017eoj konkurenciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj bogat i aromati\u010dan umak od raj\u010dice savr\u0161eno se sla\u017ee sa so\u010dnim bakalarom i pahuljastom kvinojom. A hrskavi dodatak od korijandera, bundevinih i suncokretovih sjemenki \u010dini ovo nutritivno balansirano glavno jelo pravim ljetnim specijalitetom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadam se da \u0107ete ga isprobati jer sam apsolutno sigurna da \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti koliko je i mene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ovaj recept sam odlu\u010dila koristiti filete bakalara, ali  vi mo\u017eete izabrati bilo koju druga vrstu ribe poput brancina, orade ili osli\u0107a. Probat \u0107u biti \u0161to detaljnija kako bi vam maksimalno pojednostavila pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to vam zaista mo\u017ee olak\u0161ati pripremu ovog recepta, ali i op\u0107enito rad u kuhinji, je priprema svih elemenata koji \u0107e vam biti potrebni prije nego \u0161to po\u010dnete kuhati. Naribajte \u010de\u0161njak uz pomo\u0107 sitnog ribe\u017ea (Microplane), a u slu\u010daju da nemate sitni ribe\u017e, sitno nasjeckajte \u010de\u0161njak no\u017eem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Raj\u010dice:<\/strong> Temeljito operite raj\u010dice Volovsko srce i cherry raj\u010dice. Nare\u017eite raj\u010dice Volovsko srce na kockice, a cherry raj\u010dice prepolovite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Ostali sastojci za umak:<\/strong> U staklenci ili zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte Dijon senf, Aceto Balsamico, pasiranu raj\u010dicu i vodu. Dobro promije\u0161ajte kako bi se sastojci ravnomjerno sjedinili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. O\u010distite riblji file:<\/strong> Osu\u0161ite filete bakalara te ih polo\u017eite na dasku za rezanje, ko\u017eom okrenutom prema dolje. Za uklanjanje ko\u017ee koristite o\u0161tar, fleksibilan no\u017e, idealno no\u017e za filetiranje. <strong>No\u017e mora biti o\u0161tar kako bi mogli napraviti \u010diste rezove i sa\u010duvati svo meso bakalara.<\/strong><br>Za jednostavnije uklanjanje ko\u017ee postavite no\u017e paralelno sredi\u0161njoj liniji fileta (pogledajte sljede\u0107u sliku). <br><br>Vr\u0161kom no\u017ea zare\u017eite izme\u0111u ko\u017ee i mesa kako biste oslobodili kraj ko\u017ee. Upravo taj kraj ko\u017ee \u010dvrsto dr\u017eite svojom nedominantnom rukom. Dominantnom rukom, nagnite no\u017e blago prema ko\u017ei. Koristite omjer vode i kvinoje 1.75 prema 1. Dakle, za 120 g sirove kvinoje, trebat \u0107e vam 210 ml vode za savr\u0161eno kuhanu kvinoju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
