A, uz to se jednostavno i brzo priprema, te je pogodna za pripremu unaprijed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo ova salata od kovr\u010devog kelja i batata je jedna od mojih jesenskih favorita koju ve\u0107 godinama pripremam u svojoj kuhinji. A sada sam napokon odlu\u010dila recept podijeliti i sa svima vama jer bi zaista bilo \u0161teta ne. <br><br>Bilo da ju poslu\u017eite kao glavno jelo ili kao prilog, ova salata od kovr\u010davog kelja i batata ne\u0107e razo\u010darati. No, rezultat je bio toliko dobar da sam ga jednostavno morala podijeliti sa svima vama!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to posebno volim kod ove salate od kelja i batata jest da nije samo odli\u010dna hladna (\u0161to naravno jest!), ve\u0107 je nevjerojatno ukusna kad je poslu\u017eena topla. To vam mo\u017ee u\u0161tedjeti zaista dosta vremena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za po\u010detak, zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 \u00b0C, dok pripremate sve potrebne sastojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. PECITE BATAT I SLANUTAK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo temeljito operi batat, osu\u0161i ga i nare\u017ei na podjednake trokuti\u0107e. Najlak\u0161i na\u010din za to je prerezati batat napola po duljini, a zatim svaku polovicu pod kutem zarezati na tri dijela. Na kraju prere\u017eite batat popre\u010dno kako bi dobili ujedna\u010dene trokuti\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010dujem vam da ostavite koru batata kako bi zadr\u017eali \u0161to vi\u0161e vitamina, minerala i vlakana. Kora je potpuno jestiva i, uz temeljito pranje, sigurna za konzumaciju te izuzetno hranjiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim isperite i osu\u0161ite kuhani slanutak. Ako imate doma\u0107e kuhani slanutak, odli\u010dno, ali konzervirani \u0107e tako\u0111er savr\u0161eno poslu\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Batat i slanutak lagano prelijte maslinovim uljem i posolite. KUHAJTE KUS-KUS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kus-kus je vrsta tjestenine koja je izuzetno prakti\u010dna za svaku smo\u010dnicu jer se brzo priprema i savr\u0161eno se sla\u017ee s raznim jelima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moj omiljeni na\u010din pripreme kus-kusa je sljede\u0107i. Stavite kus-kus u posudu s dobro prijanjaju\u0107im poklopcem. Idealni omjer teku\u0107ine i kus-kusa je 1,5:1. <br><br>Prelijte kus-kus s kipu\u0107om vodom, poklopite ga te ostavite da se pari pet minuta. PRIPREMITE DRESING OD NARAN\u010cE I SENFA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U staklenku stavite sve sastojke za dresing, \u010dvrsto je zatvorite i dobro protresite dok se ne emulgira. O\u010cISTITE SJEMENKE NARA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 vam preostaje o\u010distiti sjemenke nara i pripremiti kovr\u010davi kelj. U jednom od mojih prethodnih recepata podijelila sam svoj omiljeni i najjednostavniji na\u010din <a href=\"https:\/\/stelasfoodstories.com\/hr\/recepti\/salata-od-komoraca-narance-i-freekeha\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"recipes\" data-id=\"9264\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u010di\u0161\u0107enja nara<\/a>. Vjerujte mi, kada ga jednom probate, ne\u0107ete se vra\u0107ati na staro! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. PRIPREMITE KOVR\u010cATI KELJ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo, uklonite stabljike listova te listove nasjeckajte od vrha prema dolje. Temeljito operite narezane listove uz pomo\u0107 su\u0161ila za salatu. <br>Zatim, kelj prelijte limunovim sokom i maslinovim uljem, te listove masirajte 2-3 minute. U velikoj zdjeli spojite pe\u010deni batat, slanutak, kus-kus, kelj i sjemenke nara. Prelijte sve dresingom od naran\u010de i senfa, a zatim dobro promije\u0161ajte kako bi se okusi pro\u017eeli.
