Zato ve\u0107 neko vrijeme tra\u017eim na\u010din da prodrmam stvari i vratim taj osje\u0107aj svom favoritu me\u0111u doru\u010dcima. I napokon sam ga na\u0161la!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim savr\u0161eno ukusnih po\u0161iranih jaja, ovaj humus od avokada definitivno je korak dalje od va\u0161e uobi\u010dajene verzije u vama omiljenom mjestu za brunch. Savr\u0161eno po\u0161irana jaja s humusom od avokada.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osnove za po\u0161iranje jaja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posljednjih nekoliko dana, bila sam u iscrpnoj potrazi za najboljom metodom po\u0161iranja jaja koja \u0107e uspjeti svaki put, dokle god su ona svje\u017ea i moram vam re\u0107i da me proces podu\u010dio neke vrlo vrijedne lekcije. Ako ste pro\u010ditali moj <a href=\"https:\/\/stelasfoodstories.com\/hr\/kuhinja\/kako-posirati-jaja\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vodi\u010d o po\u0161iranju jaja<\/a>, mo\u017eda ve\u0107 znate, ali u slu\u010daju da niste, u nastavku \u0107ete prona\u0107i popis najva\u017enijih stvari koje biste trebali znati, prije upu\u0161tanja u njihovu izradu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Koristite \u0161to svje\u017eija jaja<\/strong> (stara manje od tjedan dana)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Koristite veliki lonac, onaj u koji stane najmanje 10 cm visine vode<\/strong> (cca 3l vode)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Za lijepo oblikovano po\u0161irano jaje, procijedite ga prije kuhanja pomo\u0107u cjedila s finom mre\u017eicom.<\/strong>                          Starenjem, dio bjelanjak postaje rije\u0111i i po\u010dinje se odvajati od viskoznijeg dijela. Pri po\u0161iranju se taj dio raspr\u0161i u okolnu vodu i rezultira nepravilnim oblicima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prebacite jaja u ramekine ili male zdjelice.<\/strong>                                                                                    Tako \u0107ete ih lak\u0161e spustiti u vodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dodajte ocat u vodu za po\u0161iranje kako biste u\u010dvrstili bjelanjak.<\/strong>                                           Ocat ubrzava kuhanje proteina, a to poma\u017ee da bjelanjak ostane kompaktan i ne raspr\u0161i se u vodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stvaranje vrtloga poma\u017ee da se bjelanjak ravnomjernije omota oko \u017eumanjka<\/strong>. Ubacivanjem jajeta u sredinu vrtloga daje po\u0161iranom jajetu oblik suze. Ukoliko po\u017eelite kuhati vi\u0161e jaja istovremeno, koristite metodu vrtloga samo za prvo jaje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temperatura vode bi trebala biti konstantna (oko 88 \u00b0C); voda ne smije klju\u010dati<\/strong>. Klju\u010danje vode bi skuhalo bjelanjak prebrzo, \u0161to bi rezultiralo gumastijom strukturom od one nje\u017ene, pahuljaste, koju tra\u017eimo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vrijeme po\u0161iranja je oko 3,5 minute<\/strong>. Ovo je super prilika za iskoristiti vi\u0161ak, ukoliko vam stoji u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limunov sok<\/strong>: Poja\u010dava ostale okuse i donosi note svje\u017eine, koje lijepo balansiraju prisutnu ljutinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chakalaka<\/strong>: Moje najnovije otkri\u0107e! Iako postoji bezbroj varijanti ovog jela, glavni sastojci su luk, raj\u010dica, grah i pikantni miks sa mno\u0161tvom aromati\u010dnih za\u010dina (paprika, \u0111umbir, kumin, piment, kardamom, klin\u010di\u0107i itd.) i mljevenim \u010dilijem.<br>Danas se ne radi o chakalaka reli\u0161u, ve\u0107 o fantasti\u010dnoj mje\u0161avini za\u010dina koja je jedan od neizostavnih sastojaka.
