Prvi je bio zamjena dijela maslinovog ulja kako bi izbalansirala koli\u010dinu masti u receptu, a drugi je bio dodavanje kiseline koja \u0107e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/baking-soda-vs-baking-powder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pomo\u0107i aktivirati sodu bikarbonu<\/a>.<br>\u0160to se ti\u010de vrste, koristim teku\u0107i jogurt koji pridonosi iznimnoj so\u010dnosti ove torte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jaja<\/strong>: U procesu kreiranja ovog recepta isprobala sam nekoliko razli\u010ditih na\u010dina pripreme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo sam probala odvojiti \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka i na samom kraju, u smjesu dodati \u010dvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka i \u0161e\u0107era. Torta je bila iznimno pahuljasta i prozra\u010dna, ali je tekstura bila neujedna\u010dena, ostavljaju\u0107i na dnu gusti i pomalo gumasti sloj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju kada ih nisam odvajala te sam ih umutila sa \u0161e\u0107erom, torta je bila ni\u017ea, ali ujedna\u010dene lagane teksture i ve\u0107e so\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160e\u0107er<\/strong>: Budu\u0107i da je ova smjesa za tortu ve\u0107 dosta mokra, odlu\u010dila sam koristiti bijeli kristalni \u0161e\u0107er koji to savr\u0161eno balansira. Mo\u017eete ga zamijeniti za \u0161e\u0107er u omjeru 1:1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bra\u0161no<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/story\/spelt-flour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pir<\/a> je jedna od prastarih sorti p\u0161enice, ali vjerojatno \ni najzastupljenija, te \u0107ete ju bez problema na\u0107i u \"trgovinama zdrave hrane\". Mo\u017ee do\u0107i u rafiniranim, kao i u cjelovitoj varijanti, ba\u0161 kao i klasi\u010dno p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no. Ugodnog je, blago slatkog i ora\u0161astog okusa, koji \u0107e va\u0161e slastice podi\u0107i na vi\u0161u razinu. Vrlo dobro zamjenjuje p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no, pa sam iznena\u0111ena kako ga \u010de\u0161\u0107e ne koristimo u na\u0161im kuhinjama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog druga\u010dije glutenske strukture, tijesto \u0107e biti vla\u017enije, manje elasti\u010dno i malo ljepljivije od onog s obi\u010dnim p\u0161eni\u010dnim bra\u0161nom, ali da vam budem iskrena, zbog toga je ova torta jo\u0161 bolja! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soda bikarbona i pra\u0161ak za pecivo<\/strong>: Dok soda bikarbona uz pomo\u0107 kiselosti jogurta odradi najve\u0107i dio posla, dodala sam malo pra\u0161ka za pecivo da pomogne u podizanju smjese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za\u010dini<\/strong>: Po meni su cimet i \u0111umbir apsolutni pobjednici u kombinaciji s butternut tikvom i vrlo vjerojatno ih ve\u0107 imate u smo\u010dnici. Aromati\u010dnost dodatno poja\u010dava ekstrakt vanilije, a korica naran\u010de je neizostavan dodatak ovoj torti od bu\u010de! Potrebna su vam samo tri sastojka: mascarpone sir, \u010dvrsti jogurt i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Izuzetno je lagane teksture i lako se razmazuje. Iako je torta odli\u010dna i sama po sebi, u kombinaciji s osvje\u017eavaju\u0107om mascarpone kremom postaje savr\u0161ena blagdanska poslastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretpostavljam da ve\u0107ina vas poznaje mascarpone sir, pogotovo ako ste ljubitelj tiramisu-a, ali u slu\u010daju da niste, rije\u010d je o talijanskom krem siru guste, bogate i glatke teksture. To vam omogu\u0107ava jednostavnije pohranjivanje i kori\u0161tenje po potrebi.
