Kupiv\u0161i ih, shvatila sam da je pro\u0161lo dosta vremena otkako sam zadnji put s vama podijelila recept za juhu. I tako sam po\u010dela razmi\u0161ljati i vrtiti ideje i do\u0161la sam do ove fantasti\u010dne juhe od mrkve i korijandera za koju sam sigurna da do sada niste probali.<br>Ova juha je sve samo ne dosadna! Ako ipak tra\u017eite alternativu, ulje uljane repice ili kokosovo ulje su dobre zamjene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sme\u0111i luk i \u010de\u0161njak<\/strong>: \u010cine bazu za ovaj recept, a pridonijet \u0107e slatko\u0107i, pikantnosti i kompleksnosti okusa. Poku\u0161ajte ih koristiti u svje\u017eem obliku, umjesto su\u0161enih, jer \u0107e okus biti puno bolji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Svje\u017ea mrkva<\/strong>: Jeste li znali da je izvorno mrkva bila \u017eute i ljubi\u010daste boje prije nego \u0161to je naran\u010dasta sorta ukrala svu pozornost? U slu\u010daju da koristite prah koji je koncentriraniji od svje\u017eeg \u0111umbira, smanjite koli\u010dinu praha \u010detiri puta (1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice praha za 1 \u017eli\u010dicu svje\u017eeg \u0111umbirovog korijena). Iz mog iskustva, dosta je te\u0161ko vjerodostojno zamijeniti \u0111umbir zbog njegovog karakteristi\u010dnog okusa, ali dovoljno dobre alternative bile bi kurkuma i piment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kokosova voda<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/coconut-water-vs-coconut-milk#differences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kokosova voda<\/a> je neprera\u0111ena teku\u0107ina koja se nalazi unutar mladih kokosovih oraha i nutritivno je vrijedan sastojak. Ipak, uvijek provjerite deklaraciju, jer mo\u017ee imati dodane zasla\u0111iva\u010de. Na policama \u0107ete vrlo \u010desto prona\u0107i jo\u0161 jedan proizvod sli\u010dnog naziva- kokosovo mlijeko. Iako se sli\u010dno zovu, dva su vrlo razli\u010dita proizvoda. Kokosovo mlijeko je zapravo mje\u0161avina kokosove pulpe, vode i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e soli, aroma i zgu\u0161njiva\u010da. Spomenuta pulpa zrelog kokosa kuha se s vodom te se zatim cijedi. Nutritivno je siroma\u0161nija opcija i po meni preskupa za to \u0161to je.
