Pa, krenimo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Savjeti pri kupnji sastojaka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jaja<\/strong>: Prvo otvorite paket i provjerite jesu li sva jaja cijela. Volim birati organska jaja ili jaja iz slobodnog uzgoja. Za\u0161to? U usporedbi s drugim proizvodnim sustavima, ovdje koko\u0161i mogu biti na otvorenom, do\u017eivljavaju manje stresa i izra\u017eavaju prirodnije pona\u0161anje.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2021_08_90_1649.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U Hrvatskoj<\/a>je sustav proizvodnje ozna\u010den prvim brojem utisnutim na jajetu, a mo\u017ee biti 0 (\u201eorganska jaja\u201c), 1 (\u201ejaja iz slobodnog uzgoja\u201c), 2 (\u201ejaja iz \u0161talskog uzgoja\u201c) ili 3 (\u201e jaja iz kaveznog uzgoja\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kukuruzna krupica<\/strong>: Kukuruzna krupica je grubo mljeveno zrno kukuruza koja se koristi za izradu palente. Potra\u017eite krupicu cjelovitog zrna, koja je bogatija hranjivim tvarima od rafiniranih verzija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurkuma<\/strong>: Kurkuma je divan za\u010din specifi\u010dnog, blago gorkog okusa i jarke \u017eute boje. Dobiva se iz korijena Curcuma longa, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se prodaje kao prah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cili u prahu<\/strong>: Za ovaj recept koristim osu\u0161ene i samljevene crvene \u010dili papri\u010dice. Tako\u0111er mo\u017eete koristiti neku drugu vrstu \u010dilija poput Aleppo, Ancho, cayenne, jalape\u00f1o, itd. Ako ipak niste zaljubljenik u ljuto, mo\u017eete \u010dili zamijeniti mljevenom slatkom paprikom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poto\u010darka<\/strong>: Poto\u010darku \u0107ete obi\u010dno prona\u0107i na tr\u017enicama dok u supermarketima nije toliko prisutna. Prije no \u0161to je kukuruz donesen u Europu u 16. stolje\u0107u, palenta se pripremala od raznih \u017eitarica (ri\u017ea, heljda, pir), pa \u010dak i mahunarki (le\u0107a, grah).<br><br>Zrna kukuruza mogu se samljeti do razli\u010ditih stupnjeva, kona\u010dno odre\u0111uju\u0107i vrijeme kuhanja i rezultiraju\u0107u teksturu palente. Palentu mo\u017eete pripremiti od kukuruznog griza koji se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e proizvodi od vrste kukuruza naziva \"dent\". Mo\u017ee se samljeti na fino, srednje ili grubo. Kuha sa na laganoj vatri gotovo 45 minuta, no rezultat je zaista nevjerojatno fin. Ovaj proizvod je prikladniji za pripremu glavnih obroka s obzirom na vrijeme kuhanja.<br><br>Tu je i vrlo \u010dest proizvod u na\u0161oj ponudi, instant palenta, koja je prethodno obra\u0111ena, \u0161to joj skra\u0107uje vrijeme kuhanja na samo oko 2 minute. Moram napomenuti da je op\u0107enito neutralnijeg ukusa od prethodno spomenutih proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Kako kuhati palentu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne brinite; kuhanje palente iznimno je jednostavan zadatak. Ipak, postoji nekoliko bitnih stvari koje treba zapamtiti u tom procesu. Za pripremu ove palente trebat \u0107e vam kipu\u0107a voda, kukuruzna krupica, kurkuma, \u010dili i sol.<br><br>Zapo\u010dnite dodavanjem kurkume i \u010dilija kukuruznoj krupici i mije\u0161ajte dok se smjesa ne ujedna\u010di.<br>Nemojte presko\u010diti ovaj korak! Dodate li za\u010dine kasnije, mogu se zgrudati, \u0161to nije pretjerano primamljivo jesti. Tu je naglasak na kurkumi.<br><br>Za pripremu ove palente upotrijebite omjer vode i kukuruzne krupice 6:1. Tako \u0107ete dobiti glatku, kremastu ka\u0161u koju mo\u017eete lako uliti u zdjelicu za serviranje. Ako volite gu\u0161\u0107u palentu, smanjite omjer na 5:1.<br>Zatim zakuhajte vodu, a kada proklju\u010da dodajte obilniji prstohvat soli.<br><br>Sada smo do\u0161li do najbitnijeg dijela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U neprekidnom mlazu dodajte palentu u kipu\u0107u vodu uz neprestano mije\u0161anje mutilicom. \nTo \u0107e omogu\u0107iti da se zrna kukuruzne krupice ravnomjerno raspr\u0161e u vodi te sprije\u010diti stvaranje grudica.<br>Palentu kuhajte na laganoj vatri oko 5 minuta. Gotova je kada vi\u0161e ne osje\u0107ate sirova zrnca pod zubima. Ne ostavljajte palentu bez nadzora; lako se mo\u017ee zalijepiti za dno ako ju ne mije\u0161ate.<br><br>U ovom trenutku \u0107e palenta biti ne\u0161to rije\u0111a, ali \u0107e se jo\u0161 dodatno ugustiti kako se hladi.<br><br>Sada kada znate osnove izrade palente, mo\u017eete ju napraviti s nizom razli\u010ditih proizvoda, od kukuruznog griza, preko krupice do krupnijeg \"flint\" kukuruznog proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Recept za savr\u0161eno pe\u010dena jaja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dugo vremena nisam bila ljubitelj pe\u010denih jaja, a onda sam i shvatila za\u0161to. Vrlo \u010desto su masna i jednostavno prepe\u010dena. \nPe\u010dena jaja se obi\u010dno peku s jedne strane, a zatim okre\u0107u na drugu kako bi se bjelanjak u potpunosti skuhao. Ovisno o vremenu pe\u010denja na drugoj strani, jaje mo\u017ee imati slabije i ja\u010de pe\u010den \u017eumanjak. <br>Metoda koju \u0107u s vama danas podijeliti je ne\u0161to druga\u010dija. Prvo, koristim minimalnu koli\u010dinu ulja, suprotno velikoj ve\u0107ini tehnika. Drugo, jaja ne okre\u0107em na drugu stranu ve\u0107 ih pe\u010dem poklopljena, \u0161to im omogu\u0107uje da se peku sa obje strane istovremeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaje je izuzetno delikatna namirnica koja se kuha ve\u0107 na niskim temperaturama. Budite pa\u017eljivi kako vam se \u017eumanjak ne bi razlio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zatim pokrijte tavu poklopcem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pecite ih na laganoj vatri 3-4 minute, odnosno do trenutka kada je samo tanki krug bjelanjak oko \u017eumanjka proziran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zatim ugasite vatru i oko minute ostavite tavu pokrivenu kako bi se jaja do kraja ispekla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne ostavljajte jaja predugo u tavi; mogu se vrlo brzo prepe\u010di i osu\u0161iti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br>NAPOMENA: Ne brinite; jaja se ne\u0107e zalijepiti za povr\u0161inu ako ju ravnomjerno prema\u017eete uljem. Za ovu metodu najvi\u0161e volim koristiti tavicu za pe\u010denje od nehr\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika, a mo\u017eete koristiti i non-stick tavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Koje su prednosti ove metode?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potrebna je minimalna koli\u010dina ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omogu\u0107uje ravnomjerno kuhanje jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niska temperatura omogu\u0107uje bolje o\u010duvanje hranjivih tvari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iznimno je jednostavna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\u0160to je poto\u010darka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poto\u010darka (<em>Nasturtium officinale<\/em>) je tamnozeleno lisnato povr\u0107e s li\u0161\u0107em u obliku kapi i hrskavim stabljikama. Dok su stabljike slatke, listovi imaju blag papren okus koji se ubla\u017eava kuhanjem.<br><br>Raste u prirodnim izvorskim vodama diljem Europe i Azije, a iznena\u0111uju\u0107e je da pripada obitelji kupusa Brassicaceae, zajedno s keljom, cvjeta\u010dom, brokulom, kupusom, itd.<br><br>Rije\u010d je o izuzetno hranjivoj biljci koja je stolje\u0107ima dio na\u0161e prehrane. Potrebna je srednje visoka temperatura i samo minuta ili dvije da uvene i omek\u0161a. Pirjana poto\u010darska je mekana, nje\u017ena i blago paprenog okusa.<br>Prije kuhanja dobro ju operite, mijenjaju\u0107i vodu 2-3 puta kako biste bili sigurni da ste uklonili svu prljav\u0161tinu. Ocijedite ju uz pomo\u0107 kuhinjskog papira.<br><br>Zagrijte tavu i prema\u017eite ju maslinovim uljem. Dodajte poto\u010darku, lagano posolite i pirjajte oko 2 minute dok ne omek\u0161a. Po\u0161kropite ju limunovim sokom pred sam kraj kuhanja.
